I, the undersigned, fully aware of the risks associated with kitesurfing activities organized by Adriatic Explore, hereby declare the following:
1. Voluntary Participation
I am participating in this activity voluntarily and fully understand and accept the risks involved in kitesurfing, including potential injury, accidents, or damage.
2. Health Condition
I declare that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in kitesurfing and have no health limitations that could endanger myself or others.
3. Equipment
I understand that equipment rental is not included in the price and I am responsible for any equipment I use. I accept that the organizer is not liable for the quality of rented equipment.
4. Waiver of Liability
I waive all claims, legal actions, rights to compensation or any liability against the trip organizer, its employees, guides, and partners, in case of injuries, accidents, or losses during the activity.
5. Conduct and Safety
I commit to following the safety instructions provided by the guide and local regulations, and will responsibly use all resources and equipment.
